As a Tasting Experience and Shop Assistant, you will work with us to create an outstanding customer experience: welcome visitors, share knowledge about our spirits and products and ensure our customers are welcomed into an inviting and attractive physical space. ...
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Sharing information about our products and story
- Merchandising and maintaining a well-presented space
- Stock management and restocking
- Processing transactions and keeping the store organised
Requirements
What we are looking for:
You have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in local products and craft spirits.
Experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude where reliability, enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to get involved are key.
Driving license is required.
