The Moorings Hotel, Fort-William is currently recruiting for the full-time position of Duty Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering Duty Management shifts within the Hotel. This will include overseeing Reception, Front of House, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Departments including The Moorings Cafe/ Bistro, Fine Dining Neptune's Restaurant as well as Meetings, Weddings and Events.
We are looking for all round 'team players' who can think on their feet and are passionate about service and have the ability to deliver a 'memorable experience' to all of our guests.
Previous Supervisory experience preferred, Management experience desirable. Preferance will be given to candidates who display strong food and beverage skills and that have worked in a fast paced hotel environment.
The post is a full-time permanent position and you would work a variety of shifts from the weekly rota. This position includes weekend working and evening work.
