Overview: 
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and cooking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Chef, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Duties:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferreedl, with a focus on cooking and
    meal preparation.
  • Culinary experience or relevant qualifications are desirable.
  • Good understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
