We currently have the requirement for maternity cover (initial 6 month period) within our business support team. Specifically providing support for our commercial and building surveying team, within our Inverness office...

Requirements
  • You will be personable and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly organised, with a natural ability to multi-task
  • Have excellent attention to detail and willingness to manage a broad workload
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work to set deadlines and be client focused 
  • Strong work ethic and able to be part of a multidisciplinary team

Administration responsibilities will include:

  • Arrangement of property inspections and viewings for the surveyors
  • Responding to property enquiries and engaging with prospective clients via email and telephone
  • Information gathering and collating to support surveyor reports
  • Assisting diary arrangements for the surveyors
  • Liaising with clients

This position offers the successful candidate a remuneration package, including:

  • Company pension contribution
  • Private Health care
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata)


21 hours per week, Maternity Cover role.

Salary: £25,000 per annum pro rata.

Start Date: February 2026.
