The Holly Tree is a Family Run Waterfront Hotel and Restaurant that has an excellent reputation for producing delicious food in a fantastic seaside location.
As a Sous Chef, you will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, and will complement our existing team, bringing fresh ideas, enthusiasm and flare. You will enjoy working with only the freshest and finest of local ingredients. We have a strong emphasis on seafood, shellfish and steaks whilst at the same time also offering tasty bar food too.
