Making sure our customers have the best experience in our shops (yes, that’s all 2,400) is a real team effort and as a member of the shop management team, you’ll be a key part in this. This is why in January 2017 your job title will change from Deputy Manager to Customer Experience Manager.
Our customers expect great service, a warm welcome and maybe even the odd tea or coffee when they come into a William Hill shop and it’ll be you and your team of Customer Service Assistants delivering this brilliant service.
You’ll be talking to our customers about all things betting – don’t worry if you’ve never placed a bet before, by the end of our best-in-class induction training programme, you’ll be as confident as the odds-on favourite at Aintree.

There’ll be plenty of variety so you’ll never feel bored especially as you’ll be mentoring and developing your team of Customer Service Assistants – making sure your shop hits its targets and your team fulfils their potential.
