Lead from the front and watch your team shine

Our customers expect great service, a warm welcome and maybe even the odd tea or coffee when they come into a William Hill shop and it’ll be you and your team of Customer Service Assistants delivering this brilliant service.
You’ll be talking to our customers about all things betting – don’t worry if you’ve never placed a bet before, by the end of our best-in-class induction training programme, you’ll be as confident as the odds-on favourite at Aintree.
BodycopyCxSpFirstHappy working in a team or on your own you’ll show pride in your work, making sure the shop always looks the part, and open to taking on more and more responsibility (like opening up and closing down).
