In fact you’ll be sharing your passion for the business with everyone who comes through the door. The role is full of variety, so you’ll need to be flexible and adaptable. You’ll also need to understand and fully comply with Gambling Commission Regulations.

You’ll need to:

  • Engage and interact with customers through in-depth knowledge of our fantastic and diverse range of betting products, including our state-of-the-art gaming machines
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment through effective merchandising and housekeeping
  • Be friendly, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced 7 days-a-week business
  • Be aged 18 or over, numerate and able to work weekends
  • Take full advantage of our comprehensive training, considered the best in the industry
  • Have previous customer service related experience
