CORPORATE SERVICES John Dewar Building, Inverness Hotel Services Support Manager (Quality & Training) Part Time 18.75 hours, Permanent Band 4 Salary Scale: £19902 - £22683 pro rata Opportunities have arisen for a permanent Hotel Services Support Manager (Quality & Training) to work 18.75 hours per week. You will assist and support the Hotel Service Manager (Quality & Training Dept) to implement the quality & training framework within Hotel Services across the whole of NHS Highland. This post will major on Domestic Services Training Management. It is expected that the successful candidate will become an SVQ Assessor and lead on the development of SVQ qualifications within Hotel Services. You should have comprehensive experience of Domestic Services provision, preferably in a Healthcare setting at management or supervisory level. You will be expected to learn new skills and maintain the momentum for service development, whilst retaining excellent working relationships with a range of colleagues. Full current driving licence and use of car for work purposes is essential.
