VICTORIA INTEGRATED CARE CENTRE, HELENSBURGH
15 HRS PER WEEK
BAND 2
£16,132 - £18,503 (PRO RATA)
FIXED TERM DUE TO REVIEW OF SERVICES
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative and clerical support within Out Patient Department at Victoria Integrated Care Centre.
You will be the first point of contact for patients attending for appointments. The role will involve booking appointments in addition to general reception and administrative duties. This is a part time post of 15 hrs worked over 5 days. Hours of work may vary to suit the needs of the service. The post is a fixed term post for 6 month period.
Applicants must have 3 Standard Grades or equivalent, one of which must be English and be in possession of a typing qualification equivalent to RSA1.
You should have excellent keyboard, audio and IT skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Previous experience of working within an office environment is essential.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills, polite telephone manner and be able to prioritise workload working as part of a team.
