Scheduler– Care at Home Aviemore Highland Health & Social Care 35 hours per week – Monday-Friday 8.30a.m. to 4.30p.m. (working on a rota system which may include unsociable hours and weekend working) Salary Scale: Band 3 £17,360-£20,327 Highland Health and Social Care Services help people from all walks of life, as well as their families or carers. Health and Social Care in Highland provides help and assistance in many situations arising due to illness, disability, old age or poverty. Applications are invited from individuals with relevant administration experience to work as part of the Care at Home team responsible for providing a district wide Care at Home and Enablement Service. The post holder will be line managed by the Enablement Officer and will provide comprehensive support with the scheduling processes to ensure the effective allocation of work to frontline enablement staff and continuity of support to individuals receiving a service. We require a strong team player but the ability to work individually and use own initiative is essential in order to meet the demands of an extremely busy service. Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are also essential attributes.
