Our ethos of Independence, Inclusion and Recovery includes actively supporting and encouraging service users to participate in activities in their local community, to attend joint training sessions with staff, and to consider working towards education, volunteering and work opportunities available as a crucial part of a personal and unique journey to recovery. We offer excellent training opportunities, regular supervision and an annual appraisal. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced enhanced PVG check, two satisfactory references and a completed medical questionnaire. The post will also be subject to a six month probationary period. A current, clean driving licence is essential.
