Argyll Homes for All is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to lead Argyll Community Housing Association’s subsidiary maintenance company. Preferably educated to degree level and with a minimum of three years’ experience in a senior management position, candidates should be experienced in the delivery of “concept to completion” contracts and maintenance programmes as well as having knowledge and understanding of multi-tenure housing maintenance.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and growing the business and delivering a customer focused service to ACHA; its tenants and our other customers. A large focus of the role is to ensure that AHFA fulfils its legal obligations, particularly in regard to health and safety, and maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation. The postholder requires in depth knowledge of construction health & safety legislation as essential. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required.
