The admissions and student records officer (nursing) will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective admissions service to all applicants to the university’s nursing programme. The post holder will also assist with the day-to-day management of registry processes and maintaining accurate student records throughout the nursing student journey at all stages ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and codes of practice, including the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), is an essential part of the role.

Applicants should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. Candidates are also expected to have experience of working in a customer focused environment with complex business processes. Ability to work on your own initiative, with time critical processes and meeting strict deadlines will be essential. We are looking for a candidate with good communication and numeracy, as well as strong organisational, administrative and record keeping skills.
