ARGYLL & BUTE HSCP COWAL & BUTE LOCALITY SPECIALIST PHYSIOTHERAPIST COWAL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, DUNOON 37.5 HOURS BAND 6 £26,565 - £35,577 PERMANENT You will provide a high standard of specialist physiotherapy, having had proven experience as a Band 5 Physiotherapist in Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic, Rehabilitation and MSK out patients. You will be based mainly within an outpatient setting in Cowal and occasionally cover ward or community work. You will be responsible for a designated clinical caseload incorporating patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will be willing to develop an interest in Women's health. You will work within multi-professional teams to ensure co-ordinated care for patients and carers. You will also be required to delegate tasks to Band 5 Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Support Workers and occasionally supports students on clinical placement. You will on occasion deputise for the Deputy Physiotherapy Lead within outpatients and carry out work designated by them to ensure continuity of Service delivery. You will have a degree or diploma or equivalent in Physiotherapy and evidence of Continuing Professional Development, current HPC registration and you will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
