We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Manager to lead the Procurement team within the Buildings and Facilities Service.
This is a key role. The post holder will be required to provide a professional procurement service within Orkney Islands Council, the key objectives of which are to:

This is a very varied job within a fast moving environment. The Procurement team is small and very busy. We are working hard on a Procurement Improvement Programme and are determined to be the best that we can be, providing a top quality service to all our stakeholders.
