The posts will involve the following duties:

  • Input to bespoke computer applications (training will be provided);
  • Administer requests for timber stocks and assist contractors with requests;
  • Answer calls, cover reception duties, filing, scanning and other office duties;
  • Produce reports and maintain records accurately;
  • Generate contracts and monitor progress of these and close at end of term;
  • Set up and manage timber dispatch sites and work with hauliers;
  • Finance and estates activities as required;
  • Customer Liaison;
  • Records Management;

Essential

Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum;
Work as part of a team in an organised and efficient manner;
Maintain confidentiality at all times;
Demonstrate a confident, friendly and efficient telephone manner;
Manage a varied workload, working at pace whilst maintaining accuracy;
Work with numbers confidently and collate information accurately;

Desirable

Knowledge of sales recording packages and/or working with customers;
Previous contract administration experience;
Experience of working as part of a team in a busy environment;
