DUE TO FUNDING ALLOCATION

Working within the Argyll and Bute Health Improvement Team this post will deliver on the health priorities identified nationally and locally.
The current priority for this post will involve developing and delivering stop smoking services.
Excellent communication and partnership skills are needed to build partnerships with local primary care, acute and third sector organisations to establish the service locally.
The post holder will work within the community, raising the profile of the service, delivering health improvement and a high quality care service for patients using behaviour change techniques and in line with NHS Highland policy.
The post holder must be trained to SVQ level 4 in health or social care and Health Behaviour Change.
