CAITHNESS GENERAL HOSPITAL, WICK RADIOGRAPHERS - BAND 6 2 posts Salary: £26,565 - £35,577 (pro-rata) Part-time, 30 hours per week plus on-call Post 1: Fixed term for 4 months Post 2: Fixed term for 10 months An opportunity has arisen to work in our busy radiography department based at Caithness General Hospital, Wick. Our friendly imaging team is committed to excellence and our standards are high. The department is well equipped with RIS, PACS and houses two general rooms (Philips CR and DR), a 64 GE CT scanner, Philips Ultrasound scanner, GE mobile image intensifier, Siemens mobilette and digital OPT. We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Radiographer to join our diagnostic imaging team. You must be HCPC registered and have a BSc or equivalent qualification in diagnostic radiography and be suitably experienced to cover a wide range of radiological investigations. Training/Updating can be given for CT if required. These are fixed term part-time posts, working 30 hours per week plus on-call commitment. Applicants should have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle for work purposes. Caithness lies in an area of natural beauty with many outdoor pursuits available.
