An exciting opportunity to join an experienced team, preparing the freshest Scottish ingredients.
Shifts will vary from 7-11 to 7-3 and could be 5-6 days per week in the summer months.
Responsibilities include aiding in the day-to-day running of the kichen during breakfast and occasional lunch services, maintaining food quality and maintaing a safe, hygenic kitchen. During the summer months we prepare for up to 60 covers each morning.
Supporting and preparing dishes as per the Head & Senior Sous Chefs request.
