The busy Brasserie turns over 250 covers per day in the busy season and the Inn has a fantastic reputation for its food,hospitality and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties include :
Assisting with day to day customer service
Meeting and greeting customers
Coffee Service and Barista
Table waiting for Food & Drink & Running of Food :Breakfast, Lunch & Evening Service
Check ins and showing customers to rooms
Lock up and cashing up
Use of Electronic Till System
Telephone Call Handling
General Cleaning, washing up, looking after tidyness of Brasserie
Line Cleaning and Cellar work
Minimum 42 Hours per week work : weekend and week day work is required
12 Months a Year Contract
28 days holiday per annum
Travel Allowance available to people residing in Lochaber
