Job Description Based at Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months. You must be aged 29 or under, have graduated from any institution (including those outside the Dundee boundary) within the last 3 years, or will graduate this year, 2017 and you must live within the Dundee boundary. Please Note: As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete an online behavioural questionnaire. Requirements You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject, eg Mechanical, Electrical Building Services, Renewables and Environmental Science. Responsibilities You will undertake a 12 month work experience placement to assist in the development of Dundee City Councils District Energy Strategy. You will achieve a reduction in energy consumption, carbon emissions and fuel poverty throughout the City. You will gain useful work experience in developing and implementing climate and sustainability programmes that will enhance future employment opportunities related to degree studies. The Individual You will have experience of collaborative working, be able to communicate effectively through a variety of methods, including oral and written, produce well written reports. IT skills, including experience of Microsoft packages is also essential. You will also be able to work on your own initiative, as required, work as part of a team and with attention to detail and accuracy.
