The postholder will work towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification (ahievability, 2 years).
You will contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient administration function for Human Resources including the support of key IT systems. You will contribute to the delivery of a high quality, professional service on all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, contracts of employment, IT systems and data, learning and development, business planning, equalities and communication.Requirements
You must have Higher English, National 5 Maths and a minimum of two other relevant Higher Level qualifications.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. A supplement will be paid, where applicable, to take account of age-related National Minimum Wage Regulations.
