SEEMiS operator and provision of administration support for the school.
Fife Council pays the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate to employees earning less than £8.33 per hour. If the hourly rate of pay for the post is less than the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate a supplement will be paid.
4 Standard Grades (Grade level 3 or above) or equivalent National award to include English and Mathematics.

Use of Microsoft office (word/excel)
Reception duties if needed
Telephone/mail/dealing with parents/visitors and pupils
It is essential that you have experience pf working in administration, preferably in education. You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, have good keyboard skills, excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
