Job Description Kippen Primary School is seeking to appoint an Admin Assistant to join our school team. You will be required to use initiative and your responsibilities will focus on gathering and monitoring information, and supporting others. You will provide comprehensive administrative support and assistance in the day to day operation of key school and service systems, procedures and activities such as finance, Imprest, School Fund, information management, school meals data, HR processes including supporting attendance and school events, liaising with a range of internal and external contacts as appropriate You will use a range of IT and management information systems to produce records, standard and non-standard reports and statistical information for the school, Education and other agencies such as the Scottish Government and National Attainment Data in line with agreed timescales and deadlines. This includes creating spreadsheets, interrogating databases and designing presentational material. Interviews will be held on Wed 28th June 2017 Requirements The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for children.
