Duration: Permanent, 13 hours per week (the majority of the hours will be worked in the months of March to July, Monday to Friday, there could also be additional hours offered and a small amount of weekend work).
Location: This post is based at our Outdoor Education Centre in the village of Cromdale near Grantown-on-Spey.
To provide service role for all Cromdale principle domestic functions including cleaning, preparing and serving meals, welcoming and showing round building users / tradesmen and monitoring the buildings heating, and other utilities.
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:
Food hygiene certificate.
On occasion relief cover or assisting the caretaker/cleaner with their duties.
The post holder is expected to demonstrate:
Food preparation and handling as per trained and assessed by food / hygiene courses.
Able to clean efficiently and thoroughly.
A positive and friendly manner when dealing with customers.
Demonstrate a systematic approach to building and site security.
