Can you make a difference to the future lives of Glasgow's children/young people? Glasgow City Council is seeking to appoint a CREATE Youth Music Initiative Tutor, to work in various establishments throughout the city, in a fixed term post of five days per week (35 hours). You must be a well qualified practitioner with a true commitment to teaching who will inspire the musical development of our children and young people. Teaching duties: To deliver the Glasgow CREATE Youth Music Initiative programme to children/young people of all ages. In addition to the range of teaching and other duties outlined in the job specification we are looking for an individual who will enjoy working collegiate, and who can display a firm commitment to improving the outcomes for Glasgow's young people.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
