You will be responsible for the assessing and planning of outcome based assessments and reassessments which are effective in promoting independence; and meeting individuals desired outcomes and aspirations.
You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels taking into account the variety of complex, contentious and sensitive situations that occur both internal and external to the organisation. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and work without constant supervision, and in addition, work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
You are required to commit to a rostered working pattern including weekends over a 7 day period; which consists of 10 days worked over a 14 day period in the Long Term Team; the current shift times being 9am until 4.54pm with 30 minute unpaid break.
The contracted hours of the post are 37 hours per week over a 2 week roster period.
This post is temporary until December 2017 to cover a temporary project.
The post will require periods of lone working.
You must have the ability to be mobile across the Council area.
