Gas service, repair and installation engineer
Building Services deliver both housing and non-housing repairs and refurbishment programs using multi -disciplinary teams of approx. 400 operatives and 50 staff.
To maintain our high level of service Building services requires additional gas installation engineers to work as part of a team in the delivery of Housing Capital Central Heating programme and day to day responsive repairs ensuring all works are executed in a planned, safe and efficient manner and within agreed budgets.
Are you able to
Provide current accreditation in CCN1,CEN1,WAT1,CPA,CKR1,HTR1 and DAH1.
Ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
Deliver high customer satisfaction.
Assist the Gas Team Leader and colleagues to comply with Gas Safety (Installation &Use ) Regulations.
Be proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision.

The post offers 25 days annual leave entitlement a year (increasing to 30 days after 5 years- service) and 7 days public holidays.
This role is being advertised on a permanent basis with a 9 day fortnight Monday to Friday with a rota day off every second Friday.
