We are looking for an experienced leader in information and communication technology to support these ambitions. Reporting to the Vice Principal Corporate Services, you will be the member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for the strategic and operational management of ICT and related services across all campuses.
You will work closely with senior colleagues across curriculum and support in order to deliver comprehensive, coherent, and strategically focused ICT services that are innovative, successful and sustainable. You will provide a strategic approach to the development and implementation of systems which underpin our curriculum and support activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and excellent communicator, with a successful track record of developing and implementing ICT solutions, within a large, complex organisation. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have up-to-date expertise across ICT, including deep understanding of the requirements of IT security and data protection.
You will be a confident leader of specialist staff, be flexible, proactive and have experience of meeting diverse needs with a strong customer focus. You will have highly developed change management skills and will be able to demonstrate experience of implementing innovative strategies, along with an ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
This is a full time, permanent position and interviews are likely to take place week commencing 14th or 21st August 2017.
