Sell tickets, handle cash & credit cards, deal with customers, fill brochure racks, cash up and bank daily takings, process season tickets, answer telephone/email enquiries and undertake general office work e.g. filing, photo copying etc. 

Hours expected to work will mostly be weekends and holiday periods with some ad-hoc days available mid-week.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Experience of money handling - cash & cards.
  • IT skills using a range of software packages including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to promote company on a face to face basis
  • Flexibility & reliability
  • Interest in outdoor activities
  • Driving licence
