You have an awareness of the needs and rights of older people and people with disability and you have the ability to work as part of a team. As well as your ability to maintain confidentiality, you have the capability to cope with physically and emotionally demanding work.
As well as domestic duties you will also be required to help residents with personal care and you will need to be comfortable undertaking such tasks.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where applicable, this post also requires an Overseas Criminal Record Check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
This post will be based on a 6 week rolling rota, working days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Shift Times: 08:00 - 14:30, 12:30 - 19:00, 14:00 - 20:30 (variable pattern)
