The BusinessWe're looking for a Cashier to join us in our Castletown Market Square branch on a part time basis working 21 hours per week
- You'll be providing a first class customer service by dealing with queries and building relationships with our customers
- We'll provide you with full training in the branch and there is plenty of opportunity for career development
- You'll be working on a part time basis for 21 hours per week, with your hours to be discussed at interview
What you'll do
You'll be working in a busy environment, balancing your time between cashiering and customer service. You'll be helping customers with their queries and directing them to the right person, device or app to best meet their needs.
As such your role will involve:
- Building strong and lasting customer relationships
- Helping customers understand the different service channels available to them
- Processing customer banking transactions and making sure that customer records are up to date
- Making sure all customer literature is up to date and available to customers
- Taking part in team based continuous improvement activity
The skills you'll need
We're looking for a genuine people person who's passionate about providing good customer service.
You'll also demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking directly to customers
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence working in a busy environment
What else you need to know
Due to local legislation, you’ll need to hold the right to both live and work on the Isle of Man to undertake this role.
