As part of a team, develop and provide support, training and advice to service users on the CRM system. Build processes and develop scripting for the corporate CRM system to deliver improvements and assist the Customer Service Development Officer with maintenance issues including maintaining and continually reviewing the information database held within the CRM database. Assist in the implementation of the CRM vision and Customer Service Strategy, to achieve improved customer service throughout Aberdeenshire.
Provide operational cover on a rota basis to cover business hours
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation
