An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Strategic HR team as an HR Business Partner, providing professional support and guidance to senior management within West Dunbartonshire Council.
An integral part of the management team within the organisation, you will play a key role in taking forward a people focused transformation agenda within the Council and provide professional, specialist support to the Council's senior leaders to ensure the appropriate resources are in place
to deliver effective services both internally and to the community we serve.
Responsible for a small team of professional employees, you will be key to the development, continuous improvement and delivery of the Strategic HR agenda within West Dunbartonshire
Applicants must be CIPD qualified with a commitment to continued professional development, and have proven experience of managing change within a large, unionised organisation.
West Dunbartonshire Council is investing in its office accommodation to improve the working environment of staff and enhance the service provided to residents. This post has been identified as one which will move from its current location (Garshake Road, Dumbarton) to one of the new office sites (New Dumbarton Office, Church Street) within the next 6-9 months.
