West Lothian College is looking to recruit to the position of Student Advice and Enrolment Co-ordinator. This permanent role will require you to provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the Quality and Learner Services team. You will be involved in a wide range of student advice, admissions and enrolment duties, with a particular focus on Reception and Call Handling that will require you to be able to communicate effectively with staff, students and external stakeholders.
In order to be successful, you will be experienced in working in an office or customer service environment. You will have excellent administration and organisation skills and will be willing to work flexibly and to take on new challenges.
This role would particularly suit an individual who is looking to gain broad experience in a front facing, customer service role in a busy college environment.
Salary on commencement of the post will be at the bottom of Grade 3 with annual increments in line with college policy.
