Based in Motherwell, Northline deals with a range of services. In order to provide the highest level of customer service, we seek to recruit staff with well-developed communication and IT skills to provide front line services to the residents of North Lanarkshire. You should have experience of working in a busy, customer focused or contact centre environment and have excellent customer care and call handling skills, with the ability to take ownership for the decisions you make and work effectively as part of a team. You should demonstrate a flexible approach to work, an ability to prioritise tasks and a willingness to learn and evolve with the service as it develops. A good working knowledge of Council services and functions, IT systems used by the contact centre in relation to customer management and a relevant qualification in customer care are desirable.
Work Pattern for Part Time post:
Monday and Tuesday 8.45am – 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am – 12.15pm.
These posts are temporary for 6 months.
