Scope of Responsibilities:
Work in both Snowgoose Restaurant & Bar and Pinemarten Café Bar
Provide natural, friendly and efficient service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the department
Use of tills/cash handling
Prepare and maintain a clean and tidy work area
Ensuring adequate stock levels of products throughout the day
Serve customers throughout opening times, handle cash and cards, advise customers
Store goods correctly and use stock on a rotational basis
Communicating with other members of the team
Adhere to company’s HACCP system and completion of any relevant records
Multi-tasking, using initiative and prioritizing work
Working shifts for any catering events and functions
Closing Date: Sunday 17th September

Term: Full Time Permanent
Pay: from £7.50 per hour. Negotiable dependant on experience.
Hours: A range of part time and full time hours are available. Full time hours are 40 Hours per week, straight shifts, 5 out of 7 days with extra hours required at certain times of year and as business needs dictate. Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at our overtime rate of time and a half. Must be able to work weekends and holiday periods.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Experience in use of tills and cash handling (desirable, however full training will be provided)
Ability to promote company on a face to face basis
Flexibility & reliability
Interest in Snowsports/outdoor activities
