Following an in-depth induction, you will be placed within one of our homes which are rated either ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
As this service is outdoor based, we are looking for individuals who have experience of delivering outdoor education. Holding outdoor qualifications such as SPA, ML and BCU awards would also be
highly desirable. Applicants for the Senior RCW and Deputy Manager positions will need to meet the qualification requirements as set out by the Scottish Social Services Council.
