Assistant Cook will include preparation of food and beverages and organisation of service of food. Duties include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties and cleaning of the kitchen, its surround and equipment. Completion of basic bookwork may be required.
Fife Council pays the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate to employees earning less than £8.33 per hour. If the hourly rate of pay for the post is less than the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate a supplement will be paid.Requirements
You must have cooking experience in an education or commercial environment and hold a City & Guilds 706 1 or 2 or equivalent & Elementary Food Hygiene.
