An opportunity has arisen within the ICT Service for a Contract Administrator to assist in the management of all ICT related contracts, ensuring compliance and best value for the Council.
You will manage contract tracking and supplier relationships across all ICT contracts and ensure that ICT related contract information is kept up to date at all times and shared regularly with relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining the contracts in line with the Council contract management principles.
In addition, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the Mobile telephone contract in support of the operational activities of the Service Desk.
You will be well organised and an excellent communicator with an ability to form good working relationships easily with a strong supplier focus.
