We’re looking for an experienced ICT Technician to join our busy Infrastructure team to providing ongoing support. You’ll manage support calls covering a wide range of disciplines, provide clear advice and guidance to customers from non-technical backgrounds and carry out daily tasks as required.
You must be experienced in Microsoft Windows operating systems, TCP/IP communications as well as Active Directory, storage/backup technologies, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco switching and routing and Unified Communications.
You must be well organised and an excellent communicator with an ability to form good working relationships easily with a strong customer focus.
