Support quality improvement across Education & Children’s service (ECS) through collating, analysing and interpreting information received from across ECS to identify trends, best practice and areas where improvements could be achieved. Undertake research into areas identified by post holder or through team or service self-evaluation and present findings to ECS senior management and to Council committees
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation
