We are looking for a Sous Chef to work within our brigade of six chefs catering for quality Bistro food, Functions & Events. Must have ability to work quickly and have high standards of cleanliness. Will be required to cover on Head-Chefs days off, manage food purchasing as well as ensuring a high standard is met.
