We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Assistant Domestic Services Manager, to work closely with clinical and non-clinical staff within the Pink Zone, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital. You will provide day to day management of Domestic Supervisors & staff to ensure an effective provision of domestic services.

NHS Grampian has a strong commitment to the compliance of HAI Standards & to the National Cleaning Services Specification to ensure care is delivered in an environment which is safe and clean.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant field or have significant junior management experience, supported with practical people management experience, with the ability & confidence to lead a large workforce.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is proven ability to manage and work well in a team environment.
