We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our reception team. The job role is quite fast paced and will regularly require the succesful candidate to work to various deadlines under pressure. A  knowledge of computers and Microsoft is required and any previous reception type role would be preferred. This is a full-time position with training & uniform provided. Shifts vary from 7am starts to 11pm finishes with various other shifts during holiday cover. Opportunity to train at supervisory level is available.

*Providing a high level of customer service.

*Ability to work under pressure
*Checking guests & visitors in and out of the hotel.
*Working with Computer systems & Microsoft Word & Excel
*Administrative tasks such as responding to emails and sending booking confirmations.
