Due to the current incumbent leaving the Company, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrator to work within our Blar Mhor Processing Plant, Fort William.

Key responsibilities will be to provide a high quality and friendly front of house service acting as a first point of contact for all visitors and telephone enquiries. Duties will include travel and accommodation bookings; petty cash and canteen takings; invoice coding and approvals; arranging Company visits; weekly journals; expense reports; and other general office duties. 

Applicants should possess a friendly disposition and be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft systems; good communication, numeracy and organisational skills are essential. A driving licence is desirable.

The position is offered on a part time, permanent basis. Working hours would be Wednesday 12:00 to 17:00 and 08:30 to 17:00 Thursday and Friday. The successful candidate will work in a job share arrangement and will be expected to cover holidays for their job share partner.
