An experienced receptionist required to oversee all aspects of the reception department and reservation systems, dealing with guests, internet agencies, telephone enquiries, over-seeing records, administration of functions etc.  Shift work is based on 7-2.30pm or 2.15 - 10pm for a five day week, .  A knowledge of book-keeping, Microsoft Word and Excel, record-keeping and supervision of other staff would be an advantage.
