This role involves the management of multiple sites, primarily throughout the North of Scotland, which includes organising, managing and motivating a small team of site operatives and subcontracted staff to produce a completed project. This role requires excellent IT skills and communication skills, along with the ability to ensure a project is delivered on time and to all the quality specifications.
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in the utilities industry and a proven track record in a supervisory role. You must have a 'can do' attitude and have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forums. The candidate should be IT literate and be able to successful manage multiple sites and complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner, The position involves working away and therefore a flexible approach to working hours and a full driving license is required.
