An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Facilities Management team in Inverness as a Facilities Assistant. Your positive attitude and pro-active approach to tasks will ensure that your contribution to the team continues to build on their provision and delivery of excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include inducting contractors onto site, carrying out safety and security audits, car park control and helping to ensure that the building is safe and compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation. You will liaise with stakeholders as well as cleaning and catering contractors and carry out general administration duties. Other duties will include reception, service desk cover, mailroom duties, and room set up/take down and complying with health and safety guidelines.
You will have a strong focus on customer service with an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAFM Packages. You will also have excellent accuracy and numeracy skills. The ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach is essential to succeed in this role. Driving Licence essential as will be required to provide support to other FM managed sites when required.
